Refund policy

Deposit

Your deposit is refundable in full until we start building on day 1. Once the build has started, the deposit covers work already done and is not refundable.

Balance

You pay the balance only after you have reviewed and approved the preview, so no refund applies to the balance after the site goes live.

Care plan

You can cancel the care plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid; we do not refund part months.

How to request a refund

Email hello@thebusinessconsole.com with your project code. Refunds go back through the payment method you used.
