Privacy policy

This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to align with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

Through our forms we collect contact details (name, email, WhatsApp number), business details (business name, city, listing link, services, opening hours and similar), and files you upload (logo, photos, screenshots). We also keep a one-way hash of your IP address to stop abuse; we never store the address itself.

Why we collect it

To reply to your preview request, to build and run your website, to send you the documents and messages a project needs, and to protect the forms from spam and abuse.

Legal basis

Your consent, which you give when you submit a form, and our contract with you once you sign a scope.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not become projects are deleted after 12 months. Intakes, projects and payment records are kept for the engagement plus 3 years for accounting. Uploaded files are deleted 30 days after you leave the care plan.

Who processes it

We use a small set of providers to run this site: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and file storage), Resend (email), Upstash (rate limiting) and Cloudflare (bot protection). They process data only on our instructions.

International transfers

Some of these providers store or process data outside India. We choose providers that protect it to the standard this policy describes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email us and we will reply within 30 days. We do not sell your data.

Cookies

We use only first-party cookies: a sign-in session for our team's console, your light or dark theme preference, and, if you reach us from an ad or another website, a 30-day cookie that records the campaign tag and that website's name (never who you are), so we know which ads bring enquiries. When you send a form, that source is saved with it. There are no third-party analytics or advertising cookies.
